Prof. Vassil Stefanov

 

Prof. V. Stefanov is born in Varna. In 1958 he graduated Theatre Critical Studies at the The National Academy for Theater and Film Arts “Kr.Sarafov”.  In 1969 he began working as a scientific collaborator in the section of “Theory and History of Theatre” in The Institute of Art studies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Later he became a manager. In 1981 he became a professor and Ph.D., read lectures at The The National Academy for Theater and Film Arts, Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and NBU. From 1990 to 1999 and from 2003 to 2008 he is a Director of The National Theatre “Ivan Vazov”. He is a winner of national and international awards. Author of eight books and many theater studies, articles and reviews published in periodical and specialized press in Bulgaria and abroad.

 

 Dr. Valentina Fidanova-Kolarova

 

Director film and television – Master of Arts, PhD in film studies, film art and television.  Dr. Valentina Fidanova-Kolarova is also lecturer at SWU, NBU, NATFA. She is a member of The Union of Bulgarian Film Makers in section “Directors”, member of the Association of Teachers of Arts “Academica 21”, member of the Union Bulgarian Journalists. Kolarova is a scriptwriter and film director of a dozen films and theater performances, awarded at prestigious festivals, author of books and printed publications.

 

Gergana Pirozova

 

Gergana Pirozova studied “Theatre Studies” at the The National Academy for Theater and Film Arts. Since 2002 she is publishing articles and reviews in newspapers, specialized printed publications and in numerous online publications. In 2005 she became a theatrical observer at “Dnevnik” newspaper, from 2008 to 2009 she is a editor section “Culture and Society” in the same newspaper. From 2009 to 2010 PR in Theatre “Sofia”. Since 2007 she is a theater commentator and mediator to BNT “Morning studio “The day begins with culture”. Over the years she has been an editor, coach and jury in prestigious international theater festivals. Reporter of theoretical conferences and author of over 200 publications, including analysis and theoretical articles in the press and specialized press. By 2012 Pirozova is observer in theater magazine “Capital Light”. Since the end of 2011 she created the first ever highly specialized blog about theater “Blog about theater of Gergana Pirozova” also in 2012 she has a book with the same name and extensions to her blog.
